I cannot recommend Malcolm and Joe highly enough. I had a variety of different jobs that needed doing and from start to finish they were professional, friendly and helpful and carried out the work needed to a very high standard. They went above and beyond and helped me resolve numerous issues that had been caused by previous contractors. Great customer service and communication. I wouldn't ask anyone else to come and do work at my property now and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone! 5 Star rating from me!

3Js have been helping us for over 15 years now and I don’t recall ever having anything negative to say about them.

They can help with a huge breadth of work - my most recents ones have been the installation of a new shower (which includes finding a leak that we would never have come across until it was too late!), finding and fixing a curtain rail for a very strange shaped bay window, and replacing some of the dead wood in pillars holding up our balcony.

Highly recommended, very trustworthy, very reliable, and reasonably priced.

I highly recommend 3J's Property Maintenance. Malcolm couldn't have been more helpful when my mother's ensuite shower room needed to be completely refitted. So pleased with the work that Malcolm and Joe have done for us and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

They originally fitted our kitchen and we were so impressed that we asked them back for three other jobs. Their work is to the highest standard and they take their time to repair any existing issues. They have recently removed our bath and fitted a shower for us. They went above and beyond providing advice and guidance before we decided on the shower and fittings,giving us complete satisfaction.
